Pruning Workshop | Upper Kingston Community Center

Free Class taught by: Mary McCroan

You will learn about safety, tools, and the why, when, how, and what for pruning plants.

Why--it's important to have a reason to prune a plant rather than just wack on it because you think you should.

Knowing when to prune a plant is important because the wrong timing can eliminate your spring or summer flowers.  Or even kill the plant.

Knowing how to prune a plant will ensure the best shape for your garden, what plant you are pruning influences all the other considerations.
