Accident Report
Most accident reports take 5-7 business days before they are available due to the approval process through the State. Your insurance company will typically order the accident report. All report requests can still be made in person at the Prattville Police Department Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The fee for photocopied reports is $5 per copy.

Special Events Permit
Complete the special event permit/application 45 days prior to the proposed event. You will need to provide a route of the proposed event, typed and mapped, and attach it to the application. Once it is approved by the Police Department, the request will be submitted to the Mayor's Office for final approval. There is a $25 application fee that must be paid at the time the application is submitted. Applications are not accepted via email or fax.
