LADIES SELF DEFENSE

Don't be caught off guard! Be alert! Pay attention to your surroundings! This class will spark awareness & teach protection for any age woman who may need to brush up on her self-defense techniques. This class will be taught by a staff member of the Prattville Police Department. This class is FREE!
