CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH CLASSES FOR THE ENGLISH SPEAKING

This class is for people with a prerequisite of a very basic understanding of Spanish grammar. The format would be a brief grammar review at the start of each class, and then a presentation of a topic and the associated vocabulary. The students will then work in small groups to improve their comprehension and conversational skills. Call the Parks and Recreation Department at 334-595-0800 to register. 

Susan Hanson – holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. She is a former veteran with the Army where she was an Intelligence Officer, she was able to use her Spanish language skills. Then went on to begin a career as an FBI agent, where she used her Spanish language skills throughout her 23-year career. She retired from the FBI and began teaching Spanish at PHS.

                Conditions, Characteristics, and Emotions Vocabulary
