Join us on Saturday, February 3 for the annual Mardi Gras Celebration and parade in downtown Prattville.
The celebration will open with food, specialty vendors, and children’s activities at 11:00 a.m. There will be two vendor areas again this year so people will have plenty of food, arts and crafts, and other specialty items to enjoy before the parade.
The Mardi Gras Parade will roll out at 2:00 p.m. from Court and 4th Streets by the Autauga County Courthouse. It will start at the Courthouse and turn onto West 4th Street, then turn left onto Washington Street, and right onto Wetumpka Street. From Wetumpka Street it will turn right onto Northington Street and follow Northington until it reaches E. Main Street, then turn right on E. Main Street and go straight downtown until it ends at the courthouse. For more information or to get a parade contact the Special Events office at 334-595-0850.
