Inspiring the Next Generation of Performers
Beyond the stage, Way Off Broadway Theatre continues to nurture young talent through its popular summer theatre camps and educational programming. These opportunities introduce children and teens to the exciting world of acting and theatre, encouraging creativity, building confidence, and fostering friendships that often last long after the final curtain falls.

Celebrating Community Through Theatre
Way Off Broadway Theatre has long been a place where performers, volunteers, and audiences come together through a shared love of the performing arts. The 2027 season continues that tradition with productions that entertain, challenge, inspire, and bring people together.
“There’s something really special about the family we create through theatre,” said Martha Wilkinson, Cultural Arts and Special Events Manager for the City of Prattville. “Our 2027 season celebrates that connection in so many different ways. Whether it’s through laughter, adventure, heartbreak, or hope, each of these stories reminds us that family isn’t always defined by blood. It’s defined by the people who show up for one another. We can’t wait to share these stories with our community.”
With five mainstage productions, two outdoor theatrical experiences, and educational opportunities for young performers, 2027 promises to be another exciting year for the performing arts in Prattville.
Additional information regarding performance dates, auditions, season tickets, individual ticket sales, and educational programming will be announced in the coming months.
