This contract will award the exclusive rights for fountain and prepackaged beverages at Stanley Jensen Stadium only. \n\nThe City\, by and through the Prattville Parks and Recreation Department (“Department”)\, shall provide water and electrical connections necessary for the operation of the dispensing equipment at no cost to the Vendor. The Department does not guarantee an uninterrupted supply of water and electricity. However\, the Department shall be diligent in restoring service following an interruption. The City/Department shall not be liable for any product loss or additional costs from the interruption or failure of any such utility service. This amount should not be used in preparing a bid\, nor will it have any bearing on the decision to award the contract.\nThe principal items of work are approximate as follows: Continuation of a large drainage pipe through Bell Park consisting of approximately 125 linear feet of 60”x38” concrete arch pipe with 4 concrete manholes and 2 grate inlets. \nTo be eligible for consideration\, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals forms made available by the Engineer. Bid documents (including plans and proposals) are available through the Quest Construction Data Network at www.questcdn.com for a fee of $22.00. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the office of the Engineer\, Dodge Data & Analytics\, Isqft and CMD Group.\nFor the duration of the advertisement period\, a list of plan holders may be found at www.krebseng.com.\nGuarantee will be required with each bid for at least 5% of the amount of the bid (not to exceed $10\,000.00) filed in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Prattville. Bid Bonds shall include certification that the bonding company is listed in Circular 570 of the U.S. Treasury Department. Each bidder must submit with their bid\, security in the amount\, form\, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit 100% performance bond and a 50% payment bond.
