Sanitation has added a brand new boom truck to their fleet. This truck was paid for with cash on hand, not financed.

It's sparkling white and beautiful, but the best news is that it will replace truck #203. Truck 203 has had chronic issues all summer long and has had to be returned to International multiple times to have work done. This is one of the issues that contributed to Sanitation's difficulty in keeping on schedule early in the summer months.

A trailer was hooked to this new truck and it was put into service today collecting Monday and Tuesday residential trash routes.

There will be a second new truck added to their fleet in the near future. We will keep everyone apprised of its delivery status.
