Happy 200th Birthday, Autauga County!

Cake, concert, and a celebration! On Saturday, November 17, the Prattville/Autauga Bicentennial Com-mittee and the City of Prattville will celebrate the 200th birthday of Autauga County on the Creekwalk behind City Hall. Join us for a free concert by OTI (Outside the Inside) and cake (while supplies last) as well as a photo booth and other birthday fun for the whole family.
The concert will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Help us sing “Happy Birthday” at 7:00 pm.

Other events celebrating the history of Autauga County and the state of Alabama include the Autauga County Bicentennial Fair on November 16 and 17 at Doster Center from 9 am-6 pm and the “Making Alabama” exhibition from November 3-17 in the Prattvillian Room at the historic Courthouse Theatre (C.J.’s Dance Studio) at Court and Third Streets downtown.

For more information about this and other events, call the Special Events Office at (334) 595-0854 or visit www.prattvilleal.gov.
