Fire trucks, dump trucks, racecars, Humvees, storm trackers and much, much more will descend on Pratt Park on Saturday, May 17, for the 5th annual Touch-A-Truck event. This event will be held in conjunction with National Kids to Parks Day. National Kids to Parks Day begins with our 3rd annual Mayor's Bike Ride. The bike ride will begin at 9:45 a.m. at Upper Kingston Park and will end at Pratt Park where kids can join in the Touch-A-Truck fun.

Children of all ages will have a great time climbing on and in a variety of vehicles and big equipment and talking to the equipment operators. From honking horns to revving engines, spraying hoses and ladders climbing up above the tree tops, there will be something for every boy and girl to explore.

Admission is free and the event is open to the public. For more information, contact the Special Events office at 334/595-0854.
