DESCRIPTION:The City of Prattville is participating in the annual Back to School Sales Tax Holiday for 2025. The city council passed on ordinance on April 15\, 2024 to exempt certain “covered items from the municipal sales and use tax during the third full weekend of July 2025. \nTake advantage of the great savings on certain school supplies\, computers\, and clothing beginning at 12:01 a.m. (CST) on Friday\, July 18\, 2025\, and ending at midnight on Sunday\, July 20\, 2025. *Local sales and use tax may apply. \nClick on the link below to find a list of exempt items from the Alabama Department of Revenue.
