The Project consists of alterations to approximately 10\,380 SF of the former Whitney Hancock Bank\, located at 124 West Main Street\, to prepare office suites for various entities.\n2. Incidental mechanical and electrical work will be required on the 2nd and 3rd floors as well. \nThe entire project shall be completed in 180 consecutive calendar days. \n\nTo be eligible for consideration\, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the owner.
