CST in the Council Chambers at City Hall. General contractors are required to visit the site and examine conditions prior to submitting a proposal. \nThe principal items of work are approximate as follows: \nDemolition\, new stud framing\, walls\, flooring\, painting\, mechanical\, plumbing\, and electrical work. \nThe project shall be completed within one hundred (100) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed issuance date.\nThis project shall be bid excluding taxes. To be eligible for consideration\, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the Architects. The Architect will not accept inquiries via telephone or fax. \nA certified check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Prattville\, Alabama\, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid\, but in no event more than $10\,000.00\, must accompany each of the bidder’s separate sealed proposal.
