Prattville Gallery to Host Exhibit by Artist Alisa Beth Koch

The Prattville Creative Arts Center Gallery is pleased to welcome Artist Alisa Beth Koch for an exhibit of her paintings from June 8 through 30. Evocative Landscapes is a selection of paintings featuring landscapes in a variety of moods and colors, at different times of day and different seasons.

Alisa is an Alabama native and growing up in the rural south has been a major influence on her work. She captures local and regional scenes with verve and passion and has had her work juried into many local and regional exhibits. Alisa teaches workshops throughout the area, sharing her enthusiasm with her students. Alisa Koch’s work can be seen regularly at B Barganier Interiors and Stonehenge Gallery on East Fairview Avenue in Montgomery.

Join the Prattauga Art Guild as we open the exhibit with a reception on Friday, June 8, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Prattville Creative Arts Center and Gallery at 342 South Chestnut Street in Historic Downtown Prattville. Enjoy the reception and artwork and then stroll along the Autauga Creekwalk for a stunning Prattville sunset and grab a meal at one of our local Downtown restaurants, all within walking distance of the art center.

This exhibit and reception is free and open to the public. For more information, contact the Special Events Office at 334-595-0851.
