March 1, 2017

The Prattauga Art Guild is pleased to announce the opening of a new exhibit, Imagery: Literature in Art, on March 2 at the Prattville Creative Arts Center and Gallery. This exhibit features works created by local and regional artist members of the Prattauga Art Guild and is just one of many events associated with the Fountain City Arts Festival in 2017.

The exhibit will open with a reception on Thursday, March 2, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Prattville Creative Arts Center and Gallery, 342 Chestnut Street in Historic Downtown Prattville. It will feature works referencing literature in various ways, including pictures of books, still lifes with books, characters from books, and more.

This exhibit is free and open to the public and will run through April 30. The Prattville Creative Arts Center and Gallery is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 1:00-4:00 p.m. You also can make an appointment by calling the Special Events Office at 334-595-0854.

For more information about this and other events at the Prattville Creative Art Center, please call 334-595-0854.
