Recycling Center Hours Change
Beginning on Monday, October 17th, the City of Prattville's Recycling Center, located at 122 Ridgewood Road, will implement new business hours.

We are excited about the Mac Gray Park renovation project to be completed mid- February 2017. Phase 1 of this renovation will include the addition of a 4th field and a new concession stand. 

Newton Park "D.I." Generates Improved Parking & Curb Appeal

Over the past month, our Engineering Dept & Street Division have been working on Newton Park to improve drainage. They piped the existing drainage ditch, which in turn, has provided more parking for patrons of the park.
Not only is this Fire Prevention Week, but today is Firefighter Appreciation Day. Please thank a firefighter for all they do for us each and every day!
The City Council Organizational Meeting for the 2016-2020 Quadrennium will be held on Monday, Nov 7, 2016, at 10am. Please join us for the Swearing-In Ceremony for the Mayor and City Council in the Council Chambers in City Hall. 
City to Honor Veterans on November 11
The City of Prattville will join the American Legion Post 122, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1349, in sponsoring a wreath-laying ceremony at the Autauga County Courthouse at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016 to officially mark Veterans Day.
November 6-12 Declared Military Appreciation Week
  In recognition of their selfless acts of heroism, dedication, and sacrifice to the safety, health and well being of our nation, Mayor Bill Gillespie has declared November 6-12 to be Military Appreciation Week in Prattville.
