Artist Market Square Size     Steam Workshop

When: January 16, 4-5:30 pm

Where: Cultural Arts Center                       (203 W. 4th Street)

Ages: 8-12 years

Cost: $5

Children ages 8-12 years are invited to register for the third in a series of quarterly STEAM workshops. Create a work of art while learning about one of the four STEM subjects. This season’s workshop will focus on technology and each student will create a simplistic, functioning engine. Students do not have to attend all workshops, but are welcome to come and have fun while learning about a different topic at each workshop. Theatre Workshop      Children's Theatre Workshop

When:  March 14, 9 am-12 noon

Where:: Cultural Arts Center

Ages: 1st thru 5th grades

Way Off Broadway Theatre will present a free Children’s Theatre Workshop on Saturday, March 14, at the Cultural Arts Building at 203 West 4th Street in Prattville. The workshop is free, but space is limited and reservations are required.

 
     

Free Printmaking Workshop

When: March 21 

Where: Prattville Creative Arts Center and Gallery

Ages: 8-11 (10-11:30 AM); 12-14             (12:30-2 PM)

In this free printmaking workshop, students will learn a printmaking technique and will create prints of their own. Space is limited and registration is required. For more information, call (334) 595-0850.

Wilson Pickett Music and Arts Festival

WHEN: April 4, 10 am-5 pm

WHERE: Pratt Park

Join us at this free, family friendly outdoor festival featuring plenty to do for the whole family!

 
      STEAM Workshop

Where: Cultural Arts Center

Cost: $5

Create a work of art while learning about one of the four STEM subjects. This season’s workshop focuses on engineering. Each student will create a decorative hydraulic bridge that they can lift and lower at will. Space is limited and registration is required. Youth Art Show

Take-In: April 24, 3-6 pm, and April 25, 10 am-2 pm

Where: Creative Arts Center (342 South Chestnut)

The Prattauga Art Guild will host its Annual Youth Art Show for grades K-12 in May and will accept artwork on April 24 and 25 at the Prattville Creative Arts Center and Gallery. This Art Show is open to all students in grades K-12 in public, private or home school in Autauga County or taking art classes in Prattville and Autauga County.
