Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires the City of Prattville, as a public entity with more than 50 employees, designate an individual to oversee the city’s compliance with the ADA. The city’s ADA Coordinator is Joel T. Duke, City Planner. These responsibilities for compliance only apply to the City of Prattville programs, services and facilities. By Resolution 2009A-066, the Prattville City Council adopted the Pedestrian Facilities Transition Plan detailing the city’s policies for replacement and repair of curb ramps and sidewalks.
